Three different types of electrodes are available for
the Curapuls 670.
With the Circuplode diam. 140 mm a high in-depth
radiation in small regions can be achieved. It is the
most universal and therefore the most used emitter.
The Circuplode diam. 90 mm is perfectly suited for
treatment of small joints (e.g. the wrist joint) and in
children's physiotherapy.
The Circuplode-E (ellipse-shaped Circuplode) is
especially for for treatment of larger parts of the body,
such as the hipjoint and large oblong muscles.
The Circuplode-E can generate a frequency of 800
Hz. Ideal for thermal treatment.
With most pre-programmed treatment protocols an
advice is given regarding the best suited Circuplode
for the selected pathology.
With these electrodes a towel should be placed be-
tween the skin and the electrode, after clearing the
area to be treated.

CIRCUPLODES

In the Curapuls 670, pulse duration, pulse frequency,
power and treatment duration are adjustable. When
two electrodes are used, the selected pulse frequency
and treatment duration apply to both electrodes,
while the other parameters can be set separately for
each electrode.
Connect the necessary electrodes and switch the
equipment on by means of the on/of switch. After
switching on and performing the self test of the
Curapuls 670, the information screen appears stat-

After a few seconds the main menu appears with the
following possibilities:
• Set parameters
