Steps to attach the resistance bands

1. First take one of the resistance bands in your hand and guide the loop at its end through one of
the integrated eyelets. These are located on the underside of the vibration plate, near the carrying
handles.
2. The loop should now be on the other side of the eyelet.
3. Then take the handle of the resistance band and guide it through this loop.
4. Pull the handle to tie it down and form a knot.
Finally, repeat the above steps with the second resistance band on the opposite eyelet.
IMPORTANT: Before each use, check the tightness of the knot to ensure that the resistance bands
are safely attached to the vibration plate. Also make sure that the integrated eyelets and the resistance
bands themselves are in perfect condition and do not use them if they show signs of heavy wear or
damage.

Adjusting the Supplied Training Ropes (Power Ropes)

Extending the Power Ropes
1. Take the rope in your left hand and use your right hand to push a piece of
rope of the desired length from bottom to top through the opening in the
middle (see Figure 1).
2. Grasp the rope at the opening below and pull out the required amount of
rope (see Figure 2).
3. Tighten the rope at the lower end (see Figure 4) and align the handle
before your workout.
Shortening the Power Ropes
1. Take the rope in your left hand and use your right hand to push a piece of
rope of the desired length from bottom to top through the opening in the
middle (see Figure 1).
2. Tighten the rope at the right of the top three openings (see Figure 3) and
align the handle before your workout.
Tip: Repeat these steps until the rope is the length you want.
