EXERCISES SPECIFICALLY FOR VP500

Back training
The pre-assembled push-up handles are not
only for effective training of the
front of the upper body. Simply turn your
back to your vibration plate in order to exer-
cise and challenge your back muscles too.
Elevated bridge
The seat supplied not only enables blocka-
ges to be resolved, but can also be used
to effectively strengthen your muscles. An
elevated bridge, for example, uses almost
