Replacing the fine filter
How effectively the filter has been cleaned is verified by monitoring the flow rate (internal pressure sen-
sor)
If the filter must be cleaned several times in succession after less than 2 hours, this means that the fine
filter is so heavily clogged that cleaning the filter does not have a sufficient impact and the fine filter must
be replaced
This is signaled as follows:
♦ The error notification display (26, Fig. 2) lights up.
♦ For a period of 15 minutes, an acoustic signal sounds three times every three minutes
♦ The notification is output to the CAM interface (see Chap. 9.2).
The error notification can be switched off by switching off the extraction unit.
If you are prompted to replace the fine filter, or if the suction power does not significantly improve
or only improves temporarily despite cleaning the filter several times, the fine filter must be re-
placed as soon as possible. Further operation can lead to damage to the unit.
When inserting the new fine filter, pay attention to correct seating, as otherwise leaks will occur. For this
purpose, see the assembly instructions at the end of the instructions for use, which are also included with
the new fine filter.
6.4
Fuses
The extraction unit is protected by a protective device switch (10, Fig 1)
If the protective device switch is triggered, it can be reset by pressing the button
If a protective device switch is triggered repeatedly, this is due to a fault in the unit. Send the
equipment in for repair!
