IMPORTANCE OF THE MANUAL
Before using the oven, read this manual carefully and completely.
This manual must be available to the oven operator at all times.
The factory declines all responsibility for damage caused to persons, animals or
things, by the non-observance of the norms and instructions described in this manual.
This manual must be considered an integral part of the oven and must be kept for its entire
lifespan.
The oven operator must follow the instructions relating to the model purchased.
These instructions are only valid if the country abbreviation appears on the equipment. Whether
the abbreviation does not appear there, it is necessary to refer to the technical instructions for
the adaptation of
INTENDED USE
The professional type oven has been designed for the following use:
ONLY ADULT, PROFESSIONALLY EDUCATED PERSONNEL WITH THE NECESSARY COGNITIVE SKILLS ARE
AUTHORIZED TO USE THE OVEN; IT IS DESIGNED FOR COLLECTIVE CATERING AND PROFESSIONAL
HOSPITALITY, SUCH AS THE TOURIST HOTEL SECTOR, NON-DOMESTIC RESTAURANTS, BARS, CATERING
CHAINS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, COLLECTIVITIES AND CANTEENS.
THE OVEN IS DESIGNED FOR PROFESSIONAL USE AND CAN ONLY BE USED BY PERSONNEL QUALIFIED.
CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED TO PREVENT PLAYING WITH THE APPLIANCE.
LIMITATIONS OF USE AND CAUTIONS
The oven in question has been designed and built only for the intended uses described in the previous
paragraph and therefore any other type of use and use is absolutely prohibited in order to guarantee, at
all times, the safety of authorized operators and the efficiency of the oven itself.
GUARANTEE
The duration of the warranty is twelve months from the date of the tax receipt issued at the time of
purchase. During this period, parts will be replaced or repaired free of charge and only at our
establishment which, for well-established and unequivocal reasons, present manufacturing defects, with
the exception of electrical components and parts subject to wear.
Shipping and labor charges are excluded from the warranty.
The warranty expires when it is established that the damage was caused by: transport,
incorrect or insufficient maintenance, operator negligence, modifications or repairs carried out
by unauthorized personnel, non-compliance with the instructions of the manual.
Any claim against the manufacturer for direct or indirect damage resulting from the time the machine
remains inoperative is excluded:
damage, pending repair, or in any case related to the physical absence of the equipment.
MODIFICATIONS AND/OR REPLACEMENT OF PARTS WITH NON-
ORIGINAL SPARE PARTS VOID THE WARRANTY AND EXEMPT THE
MANUFACTURER FROM ANY RESPONSIBILITY. ANY INTERVENTION
MUST BE PERFORMED BY A SPECIALIZED TECHNICIAN.
