ORDINARY MAINTENANCE
Ordinary maintenance includes all the checks and interventions that the operator must carry out in
these pre-established times and modes to ensure the level of efficiency and duration of the oven.
BEFORE PERFORMING ANY TYPE OF ORDINARY AND/OR
EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE, IT IS NECESSARY TO
DISCONNECT THE OVEN PLUG FROM THE ELECTRICAL SUPPLY
SOCKET AND CLOSE THE GAS SUPPLY NETWORK SHUT-OFF TAP.
1) Cleaning the refractory surface: this operation must be carried out with a hot oven.
When the temperature of approximately 350°C is reached, switch off the oven, open the door and clean
the top with a vegetable fiber brush fitted with a long handle to avoid contact with hot parts of the oven.
2) Exterior cleaning of the oven (stainless steel surfaces, window and control panel); this operation
must be carried out when the oven is cold.
3) Routine cleaning should be done daily.
INTERVENTIONS
For any extraordinary maintenance, repair or replacement, contact exclusively the authorized dealer
who delivered the oven or an authorized technician with the technical and professional qualifications
required by the standards in force.
