ATTENTION
•
The gas cylinder compartment is designed to
contain one or two cylinders. The total weight of the
cylinder(s) must not exceed 13 kg.
•
In the event of gas leakage, you must aerate the
compartment and (following this order) close first the
cylinder and then the gas distribution unit. Closing
the cylinder will close off the gas leak. Contact
the closest dealership to identify the leakage with
precision and repair it.
•
NEVER use gas operated equipment for uses other
than those specified. (e.g., the hob burners must
never be used to heat the interior of the motorhome;
the heater must never be used to cook or reheat
food).
HOW TO REPLACE THE GAS
CYLINDERS
• Do not smoke or ignite any flame when replacing the gas cyl-
inders.
• Close the main valve of the gas cylinder A. Turn the handle in
the direction indicated by the arrow.
• Turn the ring nut of the pressure regulator clockwise and re-
move the regulator from the valve on the cylinder.
• Release the fastening strap and remove the gas cylinder from
the storage compartment.
• Position the new gas cylinder in the compartment. Secure the
cylinder with the fastening strap.
• With every gas cylinder change, replace the gasket of the pres-
sure regulator with the new one provided with the new cylinder.
• Screw the pressure regulator onto the main valve of the cylin-
der and screw the ring nut of the gas regulator.
CAUTION
It is essential that the gas cylinder outlet is fitted with
a 30 Mbar pressure regulator with fixed calibration
and MAXIMUM capacity of 1 kg/h, as well as a
connection fitting compatible with the tap present
on the gas cylinder which conforms to standard EN
12864. Installation must comply with EN 1949.
If you use your motorhome during winter, ensure that
the cylinder contains propane gas which does not
