ANOMALIES AND DEFECTS

The welding machine is equipped with protection measures that let you check the overall condition of the unit. In the
event of any anomaly the machine will act immediately. The warning light will light up and the main screen will display
the relevant error code or alarm for the anomaly detected.

Anomaly in the supply voltage. The machine monitors the voltage of the network to which
it is connected and if it is not within the correct operating range.
If this type of error occurs, you should check the mains voltage.
This error could also be caused by the use of excessively long extension cords or insuffi-
cient cable section.
If the machine is connected to a generator, you must ensure that it meets the recommen-
ded specifications and that the voltage is properly set.
Check that the 3 supply phases are properly connected. If this error persists, it could be
caused due to a fault in the main inverter stage.
Calibration error in the welding current transducer.
The machine contains an advanced welding current reading system, this reading is es-
sential for accurate operation. If at startup the machine detects an abnormal reading, it
will stop operating and display this error code.
It is advisable to disconnect all accessories connected to the welding power terminals
and turn off the machine for a few minutes.
Calibration error in welding voltage transducer.
The machine contains a testing system to ensure correct operation.
If at startup any abnormality is detected in the inverter output module that prevents pro-
per welding voltage adjustment, the machine will stop operating and display this error
code.
It is advisable to disconnect all accessories connected to the welding power terminals
and turn of the machine for a few minutes.
Communication failure between power unit and control panel.
It is advisable to turn off the machine for a few minutes and attempt starting up again.
Communication failure between power unit and remote computer.
It is advisable to turn off the machine for a few minutes and attempt starting up again.
Internal communication failure in the CAN bus.
It is advisable to turn off the machine for a few minutes and attempt starting up again.
Fault in program memory data integrity.
Restart the machine. During the startup process the machine will attempt to recover the
defective memory sectors.
Fault in user interface control system.
Calibration error in the temperature reading of the main inverter stage.
Calibration error in the temperature reading of the output power stage.
Calibration error in the temperature reading of the input stage.
Calibration error in the auxiliary temperature reading.
