Fix the lock for the swivel function in the filtration position (1).

Release the two Lifting Gear hooks from the filter unit attachment

points.
5.2 Mounting Valve Actuators
Three valve actuators are mounted on the filter unit:
— The inlet valve actuator on the top of the filter unit opens and closes the
inlet valve.
— The venting valve actuator on the top of the filter unit opens and closes
the venting valve.
— The outlet valve actuator on the bottom of the filter unit opens and clos-
es the outlet valve.
NOTICE
The internal valve on the filter unit may be damaged by mounting the valve
actuator multiple times!
Mount the valve actuator a maximum of three times on the same filter

element valve.
Requirement
The three valve actuators are in the [open] position.
Procedure
Remove the three valve actuators from the valve holder.

Filter Element with Venting Tubing Set
To mount the venting valve actuator on the top of the filter element:
t
Pull the valve actuator lock (1) upwards and place the valve actuator
t
on the top of the filter unit.
Turn the valve actuator clockwise until the lock engages.
t
Check that the valve actuator is mounted correctly. The valve actuator
t
must not turn counter-clockwise.
If required: Remount the valve actuator.
t
Close the valve actuator once and open it again.
t
The valve actuator connects to the valve membrane.
