posterior del bastidor principal cerca de la
tapa del bloque de válvulas, y permite
disminuir la salida del rodillo de apoyo de la
paca en vertical durante la fase de descarga
de la paca. La parte troncadora de esta
válvula está presente solamente si la
ensiladora está compuesta por un dispositivo
para verticalizar la paca.

Para
contratuerca (1). El tornillo de mando (2)
puede regularse con una vuelta completa.
Con el tornillo completamente atornillado, la
válvula está abierta y el brazo principal gira a
la
velocidad
completamente desatornillado, la válvula es
cerrada y el brazo principal gira a la
velocidad mínima. Una vez completada la
regulación, ajuste la contratuerca.
IMPORTANTE
No intervenga directamente sobre la
válvula, haga realizar un ajuste por técnicos
de un centro de asistencia autorizado.
Aplicación de la bobina de la película de plástico
La bobina de la película de plástico debe ser
aplicada con los pernos cónicos de plástico
siguiendo los puntos descritos a continuación:

Con
el
tornillo
vertical bale unloading sequence flow
control valve (fig. D12): it is installed on the
rear side of the main chassis, next to the
hydraulic manifold block cover, and allows
you to slow down the roller that supports the
bale in vertical position as it comes out
during bale unloading. This valve is fitted with
a throttle only if the wrapper is equipped with
the vertical bale unloading device.
proportional valve (fig.D13): it allows you to
adjust the rotation of the main arm of the

wrapper. To change it, loosen the locknut (1).
The lead screw (2) can be adjusted in a full turn.
If the screw is fully tightened, the valve is open
and the main arm will rotate at the maximum
speed. If the screw is fully loosened, the valve is
closed and the main arm will rotate at the
minimum
adjustments, tighten the locknut.
Do not take any action on the valve on
your own; contact an authorised service
centre to carry out the adjustment.
Plastic film reel assembly
The plastic film reel must be applied to the plastic
conical pins as described in the following instructions:
