Garantía
La empresa Enorossi (denominada Fabricante)
garantiza que la máquina ensiladora carece de
defectos, ya que la somete a prueba antes de
entregarla al Cliente. La garantía tiene 1 año de
validez a partir de la fecha indicada en el
documento fiscal de entrega, excepto acuerdos
diferentes establecidos con el Cliente.
De todos modos, cuando reciba la máquina, deberá
controlar que la misma sea completa y carezca de
defectos. Las reclamaciones podrán realizarse por
escrito al Fabricante en un plazo de 8 días a partir de
la recepción del equipo.
Dentro del periodo de garantía establecido la empresa
Enorossi se empeña en sustituir, de manera gratuita en su
establecimiento, los componentes que por defectos de
fabricación
o
de
material,
funcionamiento. En caso que no fuera posible realizar tal
sustitución en sede del Fabricante, éste se compromete
en enviar al cliente las piezas defectuosas. En relación a
tales sustituciones, la empresa Enorossi no aplaza el
periodo de garantía durante el tiempo durante el cual la
ensiladora permanece sin funcionar, ni reconoce ningún
tipo de indemnización o resarcimiento al cliente, por
gastos o por daños directos o indirectos. En caso que
fuera necesaria la intervención de nuestro técnico, los
correspondientes gastos de mano de obra, viaje y
alojamiento serán por completo a cargo del Cliente. La
constatación
del
defecto
exclusivamente por el Fabricante o por personal técnico
encargado del mismo.
Es conveniente tener presente que:
las piezas defectuosas quedan bajo propiedad
-
del Fabricante;
en caso que la sustitución fuera realizada en la
-
sede del Cliente, las piezas defectuosas deberán
ser sustituidas y por lo tanto, enviadas al
fabricante, para ser sometidas a un examen
técnico sin manipulaciones y en puerto franco;
-
en caso que las piezas defectuosas no fueran
sustituidas al Fabricante en un plazo de 30 días,
a partir de la fecha de recepción de aquellas
nuevas y con las modalidades descritas en el
punto anterior, el Fabricante se reserva el
derecho de realizar la facturación de las nuevas
piezas enviadas.
La garantía no es reconocida:
durante el transporte ya que la máquina ensiladora
-
viaja bajo la responsabilidad del Cliente;
-
cuando los daños derivan de un uso incorrecto o
inadecuado de la máquina o por la negligencia
del operador;
cuando los daños son causados por un desgaste
-
normal incluso con la máquina inoperativa;

Warranty
The Enorossi company (Manufacturer) guarantees
that the wrapper is exempt from defects in any kind
since it has been submitted to testing before its
delivery to the Customer. The warranty has a one-
year validity starting from the indicated date on
the fiscal document of delivery, unless different
agreements signed with the Customer.
In any case, when the Customer receives the
equipment, he must check
completeness in all parts. Eventual complaints should
be notified to the Manufacturer in written form within
8 (eight) days of reception of the wrapper.
Within
the
warranty
undertakes to replace, without charge and at it
factory, any parts damaged in manufacture or
through defective material. Should it not be possible
to replace the parts in it factory, the Manufacturer will
send the required parts to the Customer.
Regarding to these replacements, the Enorossi
company will not extend the warranty to cover the
period during which the machine remains out of
service neither he will consider any compensation or
indemnity to the Customer for costs or damages
(directly or indirectly). If the assistance of a member
of our staff is required all his expenses will be paid by
the Customer.
The investigation of defects can only be carried out
by the Manufacturer or by authorised technical
personnel.
However it is necessary to remember that:
defective parts will remain property of the
-
Manufacturer;
in the case that replacement is carried out on the
-

Customer
s premises, the defective parts must
be sent back to the Manufacturer, intact, without
breakage and without any transport charge to
the Manufacturer;

in the case that the defective parts are not
returned to the Manufacturer within 30 (thirty)
days (from the date of receipt of the new ones
and in accordance with the terms described
above), the Enorossi company reserves the right
to invoice the new parts sent.
The warranty is not recognized:
during transport, as the wrapper travels under
-
the responsibility of the Customer;
-
if the failures are caused by an improper or
incorrect use of the wrapper, by the carelessness
or lack of experience of the operator;
if the failures are caused by normal wear and
-
tear even if the wrapper is out of service;
