1.1 Introduction
EMP popsicle machine is line of machinery with the finest components for the semi-industria-
lized production of ice cream bars. The models available in this manual are EMP200, EMP500,
EMP1500 and EMP3000 adaptable to a wide variety of molds and with a production capacity of
200 to 3000 pops per hour depending on the model purchased. Constructed entirely of stain-
less steel. We strive to make our machinery always the best in class in the world.
EMP models use propylene glycol and alcohol 96° as coolant, according to the standards
allowed in your locality. Easy to install and operate, in a few minutes after turning on your EMP
equipment will be ready to start freezing molds, regardless of the hours it is on.

1.2 Installation
It is recommended that air-cooled EMP machines be placed in a place with the necessary
space for ventilation, in case the machine is water-cooled, the hoses must be connected to the
equipment (see page 43) if there is not one good ventilation or failure in the water supply for
the condensation of the machine, It can be damaged and affect the guarantee.
Before installing, the 220 volt current must be verified and check the pump rotation (see rota-
tion detail on pg 71) if it is correct, it will be ready to connect the equipment.

If the equipment does not have the minimum space required for ventilation, the guarantee
will be completely voided.
