To Set the 12/24 HOUR Format
The 12/24 hour setting changes the display only; the Simplex 125 always prints in 12 hour format.
A. Remove the cover and press the CHANGE button once (refer to page 8 for parts location).
• The programming arrow appears next to 12/24 HOUR (see illustration below).
B. Press CHANGE
• The current setting begins to flash.
C. Press CHANGE again to change the to select 12
or 24-hour format setting.
D. Press ACCEPT to save the displayed format.
• The programming arrow moves to the TIME option. To modify that option, proceed to step
C of the next section. To exit programming at this point, hold ACCEPT down while the pro-
gramming arrow cycles through all the options.
To Set the Time
(Note: Time is set in the selected 12/24 hour format.)
A. Remove the cover and press the CHANGE button once (refer to page 8 for parts location).
B. Press ACCEPT once. The programming arrow appears next to TIME.
C. Press CHANGE once.
• The currently set HOUR begins to flash.
Press CHANGE until the desired hour is shown.
Press ACCEPT to set the hour shown.
• The currently set MINUTES begin to flash.
Press CHANGE until desired minutes are shown.
D. Press ACCEPT to set the minutes shown.
• The programming arrow moves to the DATE option. To modify that option, proceed to step
C of the next section. To exit programming at this point, hold ACCEPT down while the pro-
gramming arrow cycles through all the options.
