PROGRAMMING
To Set the Print Date Format
Select the Print Date Format by choosing the
number on the display which corresponds to the
desired format (listed below). As each format
number is shown on the display, the number of
printed character positions used is shown in the
upper right-corner of the display. The total num-
ber of characters used for printing is shown in the
lower left-corner of the display.
Order Options
0. No Print
1. MMMDDYY
2. DDMMMYY
3. YYMMMDD
4. MMMDD
5. DD
6. DAY
7. DAYDD
8. MM/DD/YY
9. DD/MM/YY
A. Remove the cover and press the CHANGE button once (refer to page 8 for parts location).
B. Press ACCEPT four times so the programming arrow appears below DATE (to the right of
).
PRINT ORDER
C. Press CHANGE once.
• The currently set PRINT DATE FORMAT option begins to flash. Using the examples
above, choose a print date format.
Press CHANGE until the desired option number is displayed.
D. Press ACCEPT to set the PRINT DATE FORMAT option shown on the display.
• The programming arrow moves to the Print Time Format option. To modify that option, pro-
ceed to step C of the next section. To exit programming at this point, hold ACCEPT down
while the programming arrow cycles through all the options.
