PROGRAMMING
To Set the Language and Font Size
Set the language for printed text by
choosing the number corresponding to
the desired language setting. The settings
are shown at right. Each language has a
large and small print option.
The English, Spanish, French, and Portu-
guese languages and their print formats
are shown after this procedure.
To set the language and font size, proceed as follows:
A. Remove the cover and press the CHANGE button once (refer to page 8 for parts location).
B. Press ACCEPT until the programming arrow appears above LANGUAGE.
C. Press CHANGE once.
• The currently set LANGUAGE & FONT SIZE option begins to flash.
Press the CHANGE button until the desired option number is displayed. The options are
given on the previous page.
D. Press ACCEPT to set the LANGUAGE & FONT SIZE option shown on the display.
• The programming arrow moves to the Time Correction option. To modify that option, pro-
ceed to step C of the next section. To exit programming at this point, hold ACCEPT down
while the programming arrow cycles through all the options.
