1.6 Support
Regarding maximum use of the performance provided by the machine and the extraordinary maintenance operations, this
handbook does not replace the experience of the installers, users or maintenance staff that is trained and qualified.
On the subject, the Technical Support Service of provides:
telephone support on the features and simplest interventions to conduct on the machine ;
sending of documentation material;
ATTENTION:
1.6.1 Intervention Support Requests

The MACHINE is designed and manufactured for environment conditioning in order to preserve the bottles of wine. Specifically,
the machine can maintain the temperature and humidity needed to preserve the wine in the environment in which it is installed.
The machine is available in two versions: monoblock (WTH) or split (WSH).
The monoblock of the WTH version is equipped with a fixing buffer system. The two units (evaporator and condenser) of the WSH
version are separately supplied to the customer who, after positioning, links them up with the supplied wires and suitable pipes.
The evaporator of the two versions is exactly alike (only the interfaces for connections to the water supply and drain are different).
The function the machine is intended for is achieved through the ability to perform four distinct stages: cooling, dehumidification,
heating, humidification. The cooling stage is the classical refrigerator cycle using condensing unit ( the condensing unit is
especially used for cooling and dehumidification stages). The remaining stages are carried out using a series of new components
placed on the evaporating unit. These components are:
Post-heating coils: electric finned resistances allowing the air of the environment to be heated and therefore subsequently
dehumidified (these resistances are operating both during the cooling and dehumidification stages, but also during the
heating stage to warm the environment).
Water collection tank: placed at the bottom of the evaporator collects the water from the environment dehumidification cycle
in order to use it during the humidification one.
PTC self-adjusting electric resistance in the tank: heats the water contained in the tank to allow the environment
humidification cycle.
Solenoid valve to boost water from the water supply: this valve is connected to a float located in the tank and automatically
boosts water from the network in order to maintain the water quantity at a constant level.
Water drainage: the tank, in order to be emptied, is provided with a discharge point piping the water in the drainage
system. In order to avoid water stagnation in the tank every day, for about 15 minutes, the machine carries out an
automatic draining and therefore new water is boosted from the water supply.
The machine, once started-up and set with the temperature and humidity required by the environment, is automatically operated
and the worker is not required to carry out any operations; thanks to its temperature and humidity sensors, positioned in the
environment, the machine actually can carry out the four mentioned stages, as needed. In any case, the machine management
software, on which the worker can act to start-up and shut-down the system or reset the operation parameters, is connected to
the machine by a 10 m. long cable.
The fan blades of the machine (of both the evaporator and condensing unit) and the potentially hot areas (like resistances) are
protected by fixed guards.
2.1 Management software
A complete description of the management software is included in the related manual herein attached, in Chapter 9.
