Safety
Failure to comply with the safety instructions in this operating manual
may lead to serious accidents with severe or even fatal injuries.
▶ Make note of and follow all warnings and notices in this operating
manual and on the fastener driving tool while working with the
fastener driving tool.
Proper use
The fastener driving tools described here are hand-guided, motor-
powered hybrid power tools. They are used to drive nails type RHC
into concrete materials and structural steel (S-235). The maximum
strength for concrete materials should not exceed C50/60 in
accordance with DIN 1045-2.
Use of the fastener driving tool on other materials is only permitted
after consultation with the manufacturer.
The allowable nail types are:
• Prebena RHC-L and RHC-S: Round head nails, in plastic-tape
nail strips
Observing safety requirements
Proper use also includes:
• complying with accident prevention regulations and the
requirements and standards in force at the operation site,
• observing and following all the instructions specified in this
operating manual, especially the safety instructions.
• Handle the tool responsibly
• Be familiar with how to handle and use the tool
• Know the possible dangers associated with working with
the tool (such as spalling in the subsurface)
