Risk assessment for general risks
Process of risk reduction based on EN 12100

S= Severity of injury
S1 = mild lesions (usually reversible)
S2 = serious injuries and death (irreversible)
F= Frequency and /or exposure to hazard
F1 = seldom to less often and / or short duration
F2 = frequent to continuous and / or long duration
P= Possibility of avoiding the hazard
P1 = possible under certain conditions
P2 = scarcely possible
W= Probability of occurrence
W3 = large
