2. Oil filler
Turn the guide bar and check the oil filler port is not blocked.

Remove the guide bar and saw dust shake off the groove of it and the oil filler.
Lubricating the sprocket by the lubrication hole located at the end of the guide bar.

Check for fuel leaks or loose connections. Examine the main parts for any signs of damage, especially
the joints of the handles and the mounting of a guide bar. If there are defects, ensure that necessary
repairs are made to use this unit again.
PERIODIC SERVICE POINTS
1. Cylinder fins
The dusts between the fins of the cylinder of the engine overheating marry. Periodically check and
clean the cylinder fins after removing the air filter to properly cover and cylinder. When installing the
cylinder cover, make sure that switch wires and grommets have been properly in place.
NOTE
Make sure to close the air inlet before start.
2. Fuel filter
(a) Using a wire hook, remove the filter from the filler neck.
(b) Sand trap filter and wash all parts with gasoline. Replace with a new filter if necessary.
NOTE
*After removing the filter, use a clamp to hold the end of the suction tube.
*When mounting the fuel filter, work carefully to keep out dust or fibers in suction
tube.
