The owner and/or user of the vehicle lift is responsible for the removal of waste
materials (oil, etc.) in accordance with the statutory legislation or regulations
that are in force.
1.8.1 Information about REACH
The REACH regulation entered into force on 1st June 2007. Regarding human
health and environment, the target is to manufacture and to use only safe
chemical substances inside the EU.
Considering the terms of the regulation, Stertil manufactures "articles" and is
"downstream-user" of chemical substances.
Stertil has the intention to fully comply to REACH regulation and checked his
suppliers to make sure they comply to REACH requirements for all materials
and substances used in our products.
Your local dealer will provide relevant information e.g. Material Safety Data
Sheet (MSDS) on request.
At the end of the operational life of the vehicle lift, the owner and/or user is
responsible for the safe disassembly of the vehicle lift and for the removal of the
parts, in accordance with the statutory legislation or regulations that are in force.
