2.2. Communications equipped as standard
These inverters have a dongle for communication via Ethernet or Wi-Fi. It is connected to the inverter at the COM1
port.
2.3. Communication with a wattmeter
In order for the inverter to communicate with a wattmeter, it should be connected via RS-485 at the COM2 port.
2.4. Electrical safety
The design values for electrical safety can be found below.
2.4.1. Overvoltage category (OVC)
These units comply with the standards IEC 62109-1 and IEC 62109-2.
The AC circuit has been designed with overvoltage category II (OVC II). The DC circuit has been designed with
overvoltage category I (OVC I).
2.5. Pollution degree
The units comply with pollution degree 3, as required for this type of inverter.
2.6. Acoustic contamination
The unit produces a buzz when in operation. Do not place it in an occupied room, or on light supports which might
amplify this buzz. The mounting surface must be firm and appropriate for the weight of the unit.
