Checking the coolant system
1.
Disconnect the machine from the mains!
2. Open the cover to the coolant tank.
3. Check the coolant level in the tank.
The liquid should be about one centimetre below the top edge of the tank.
4. Check the level of the metal chips in the chips tray. When the chips have reached 3⁄4 the
height of the partition, remove the chips.
5. Check the quality of the coolant according to the manufacturer's instructions and replace it
as recommended.
Cleaning the coolant system
1.
Empty any residual coolant still contained in the coolant nozzle into the drain container.
2. Disconnect the machine from the mains!
3. Lift the tank assembly.
4. Remove all metal chips and remaining coolant and clean the tank.
5. Clean the suction strainer on the pump.
6. Reinstall the coolant tank in its original place.
7. Fill the tank with fresh coolant.
8. Properly mount the cover to the coolant tank.

Press key (3) for a long time. Change the 1st digit in the
interval with keys (4 and 5).
Press key (3) for a short time. Change 2nd digit

Press key (3) for a long time. Change the 1st digit of the
lubrication interval with keys (4 and 5).

Manual lubrication:

Coolants are toxic and must not be released into the environment! Follow
the manufacturer's instructions and contact your local authority for
information on proper disposal if necessary.
Open grinding table guard and grinding wheel guard

Place the grinding wheel wrench (2) on the flange of the
grinding wheel (1) and loosen the flange screw with a
wrench (3) (ATTENTION: left-hand thread!)
Remove flange screw
