USE AND OPERATION
– When the appliance is not used for a short
time, reduce the oil temperature to the min-
imum level or switch off the appliance to
prevent unnecessary gas consumption and
oil ageing.
– Change the oil when it smokes between 160
and 180°C or when it becomes dark in colour.
The appliance is fi tted with the controls re-
quired to enable its main functions.

Time setting key: it is used to set the cook-
ing time (for information on the use of this

Preheating key: enables and disables the

100°C (melting).

alarms, resets the current alarm.
