USE AND OPERATION
To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.
IMPORTANT: Before proceeding, al-
low the appliance to cool for 10 to 15 min.,
so that the oil reaches a temperature be-
tween 50 and 120.
Open the hatch (A).

Fit the extension (B) in the tap (C).

Place the container (D) and the fi lter (E) un-

der the extension (B) (container and fi lter are
both supplied upon request).
Turn on the tap (C) to empty the well.

Turn off the tap (C) once the operation is

complete.
Close the hatch (A).

ATTENTION: Do not dump oil in the
environment; dispose of it in accordance
with the laws in force in the country of use.
If the safety thermostat trips, the appliance
needs to be reset to the initial working condi-
tions as follows.
Let the oil cool down to 30-40°C.

Open the hatch (A).

Press key (B) of the safety thermostat to re-

store the power supply.
Close the hatch (A).
4)
If the appliance is left inactive for a lengthy pe-
riod, proceed as follows.
Disconnect the appliance from the mains

power supply using the automatic switch-dis-
connector.
Clean the appliance and the surrounding ar-
