ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
• All packaging elements in which the gas heater is supplied should be disposed of in a suitable
manner.
• Due to the heavy metal content, batteries are classified as hazardous chemical waste and should
therefore be disposed of in hazardous waste containers after use.
• If the life of the device has ended, it must be properly discarded. The user is obliged to deliver the
device to the appropriate recycling facility specialized in recycling this type of equipment..
WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If it is determined that the complaint is unfounded and not due to a defect in the device, the Guarantor
has the right to charge the Customer for the costs associated with the complaint. It is forbidden to
modify or make any changes to the design of the device
The manufacturer provides a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase of the device for its efficient
operation. The purchaser of the device is obliged to become familiar with the instruction manual and
these warranty terms and conditions, which should be confirmed by an entry in the warranty card at
the time of purchase. In the event of a complaint, the user is obliged to submit a complaint protocol,
completed warranty card and proof of purchase. Complaints can be submitted via the form on the
website in the „customer zone" tab or by email to reklamcje@kratki.com. Submission of the aforemen-
tioned documentation is necessary to process any claims. Consideration of the claim will be made
within 14 days from the date of its written submission. Any alterations, modifications and structural
changes to the cartridge will immediately void the manufacturer's warranty.
NOTE !
In case of failure, service of the device can be performed only by a qualified service technician with the
necessary authorizations conditioned by law.
The warranty covers:
- smooth functioning of the appliance;
- automatic gas control system;
The warranty does not cover:
- Glazing of the appliance. Applies to any damage including soot staining or burning caused by the use
of the wrong gas, discoloration, tarnishing and other changes caused by heat overload;
- decorative elements for lining the combustion chamber supplied with the appliance;
- all defects resulting from non-compliance with the provisions of the operating instructions, in parti-
