Turning off
Keep the key (B) pressed for about 6 seconds

to stop the cooking cycle and switch the
appliance off . The mains light (P) comes on.
STARTING AND STOPPING THE COOKING CYCLE
To start and stop the appliance, proceed as fol-
lows.
Starting
Switch on the appliance (see page 19).

Press key (B) and then key (E) to activate the

oil "melting" procedure. When the preheating
temperature is reached the beeper sounds.
Press key (E) o deactivate the "melting" func-

tion. The temperature is maintained at 90°C
until cooking starts.
Press key (C) to activate the temperature in-

put mode.
Press keys (F-G) to set the cooking temperature.

The data set on the control panel are retained
in the memory until the electricity supply is
turned off .

Stopping
Press key (B) to stop the cooking cycle.

IMPORTANT: If the electricity sup-
ply is cut off for less than 20-40 seconds, the
cooking cycle restarts automatically. If the
blackout lasts more than 40 seconds, press
key (B) to restart the cooking cycle.
