ENGINE COOLING
Maintenance Interval
・The engine cooling should be cleaned after every 25 hours of operation, or
once a week, whichever comes first.
・Air must flow freely around and through the cylinder cooling fins to prevent
engine overheating. Leaves, grass, dirt and debris buildup on the fins will
increase the operating temperature of the engine, which can reduce engine
performance and shorten engine life.
Cooling Fin Cleaning
Clean all dirt and debris from around the cooling air intake.
MUFFLER (SILENCER)
Maintenance Interval
The muffler should be inspected and cleaned after each 100 hours of use.
Be careful not to allow any dirt or debris to fall into the exhaust port, as this can cause engine damage.
Muffler Maintenance
1. With the engine at ambient (room) temperature, loosen the nut and remove the chain case
2. Remove the two screws, and remove the Muffler.
3. Clean the muffler with a stiff brush.
4. Reinstall the muffler, then reinstall and tighten the two screws.
5. Reinstall the Chain case.

RAFFREDDAMENTO DEL MOTORE

Intervallo di manutenzione
・Il raffreddamento del motore deve essere pulito dopo 25 ore di esercizio oppure una volta alla settimana, a seconda di quale delle
due scadenze venga raggiunta per prima.
・L'aria deve circolare liberamente intorno e attraverso alle alette di raffreddamento del cilindro, per evitare il surriscaldamento del
motore. Le foglie, l'erba, lo sporco e l'accumulo di detriti sulle alette farà aumentare la temperatura di funzionamento del motore,
riducendo il rendimento e la vita utile dello stesso.
Pulizia delle alette di raffreddamento
Pulire dallo sporco e dai detriti accumulati interno alla presa d'aria di raffreddamento.
MARMITTA (SILENZIATORE)
Intervallo di manutenzione
La marmitta deve essere ispezionata e pulita ogni 100 ore di esercizio.
Prestare attenzione affinché sporco e detriti non confluiscano nello scarico, in quanto ciò potrebbe danneggiare il
motore.
Manutenzione della marmitta
1. Con il motore a temperatura ambiente, allentare il dado e togliere il carter.
2. Togliere le due viti e togliere il carter.
3. Pulire il silenziatore con una spazzola rigida.
4. Reinstallare il silenziatore, quindi reinstallare e serrare le due viti.
5. Reinstallare il carter.
