The fence energiser can also be connected with a separate connecting cable to
the fence as well as to the earth stake.

Fence connection: Connect the fence connection cable to the fastening screw
for the fence tape/wire (2).

Connection to the earth stake: Connect the earthing cable from the earth stake
already driven into the ground to the earth connecting screw (4) on the side.
Important: The fence energiser must always be sufficiently earthed to ensure that it
functions properly! Poor earthing is the most common cause of malfunctions.
5. Inserting the batteries
The WZG SG 3 fence energiser requires four D batteries (LR20)
1. Pull out the catch
of the battery compartment
with your fingernail or a screwdriver.
2. Lift and remove the lid of the
battery compartment.
