2.7 FETCHING WATER
AND ICE
During the production of ice
cubes and crushed ice, with the
flow of water into the ice
compartment and the ice crusher,
noises may occur, the water valve
will emit a vibrating sound. These
sounds are normal.
When the ice is removed, it may
squeak if it accumulates and sticks
together. In this case, remove the
ice container and separate the ice
that has clumped together by
pressing it with a wooden or
plastic spoon.
To prevent the ice machine motor
from overheating, do not scoop
ice for more than 1 minute at a
time and wait a few moments for
the motor to cool down, or scoop
ice directly from the bin if a large
quantity is required.
The chapter "ice container
cleaning" explains how to remove
the ice bin. If there is not enough
ice in the dispenser, you will not
remove any; wait for it to make
more ice.
To prevent the ice from tasting or
smelling bad, clean the ice bin
frequently.
The ice and water dispenser can
only be used with the freezer door
closed. If the process is running
and the door is opened, it will
automatically stop.
The water dispenser button can
be clicked again after the signals
