The device will start working. When the programmed temperature is reached,
the countdown timer will start. The time and temperature readings on the
display (10) will be displayed alternately.
NOTE: the cooking time depends on the thickness of the food, for deep-frozen
foods it is doubled.
After the set time has elapsed, the device will beep. Turn off the device, unplug
it from the mains. Wait until the device has cooled completely and wipe it with
a soft cloth.

WARNING! If you try to start the unit without water, the display will show
error E03 and the buzzer will sound. The device will not turn on.
Using automatic cooking modes
Automatic programs are available for cooking with different products. Each
program is an optimal combination of temperature and cooking time
depending on the selected dish. Select the automatic program as follows:
Press the automatic cooking program selection button (7) for 3 seconds. The
preset time and temperature values will appear at the top of the display, and
the program number will appear at the bottom of the display.
Press the automatic cooking program selection button (7) repeatedly to set
the
desired
3 (55 °C/30 minutes) or 4 (85 °C/40 minutes).
Press the power button (5) to start the selected program.
Descaling
1. Take a deep vessel with a level of heat resistance at least +100 °C.
2. Use the clamp (3) to secure the device to the vessel wall (figure A).
3. Fill the vessel with water up to the "MAX" mark on the device.
4. Add citric acid at the rate of 10 grams per 1 liter of water and stir.
5. Turn on the device, pre-select the temperature +95 °C and set the timer for
10 minutes.
6. After the set time has elapsed, turn off the device and allow it to cool down.
7. Rinse the device under running water and wipe it with a dry cloth.
