Fit all the squeezing system components, feeder and protections or guards to the machine in the
right position. See 5.8 DISASSEMBLY AND CLEANING.

Juice service:
•
ADAPT self-service tray: The machine features two operating modes, see
PROGRAMMING to prepare the machine for the required operating mode:
- Manual Mode (controlled using the display buttons): Select the number of fruits to be
squeezed on the display. When pressing ON, the machine will squeeze the selected
number of fruits.
To stop the squeezing process, press STOP. The display will temporarily show a Clock
and Stop until it completes the current squeezing cycle and the machine comes to a stop.
Afterwards, the display will show the previously selected number of cycles.
- Self-service mode: When opening the tap, the machine will start working.
To stop the squeezing process, release the tap. The display will temporarily show a Clock
and Stop until it completes the current squeezing cycle and the machine comes to a stop.
The display will then show a fruit, indicating that it is ready to start squeezing.

SERVICE tank:
- Remove the two front screws on the front of the machine base and fit the tank support
using the same screws.
- By using this accessory you will only be able to control squeezing in Manual Mode (control
via the display buttons). When the tap button is pressed, the juicer will serve the amount
previously stored in the tank, but it will not start operating.
5.2. PROGRAMMING
The machine is delivered from the factory in mode 1001 Auto-programming by default. In this mode
the machine returns to the Manual Mode (control via the display buttons) each time it is switched off.
There are two available options to configure the operating mode:
1. Manual programming: To permanently configure the operating mode, the machine needs to be
disconnected at the power switch. When the machine is switched off, press STOP and then switch
on the power switch while holding the STOP button down until four digits are shown on the
display. When pressing ON, the two digits on the left can be changed, and when pressing
SELECT, the two on the right can be changed. Enter:
•
1001 Auto-programming (default mode)
•
1002 Manual Mode (controlled via the display)
•
4104 Self-Service mode (squeezing starts immediately when opening the tap)
•
4105 Self-Service mode (squeezing starts 1 second after opening the tap)
•
4106 Self-Service mode (squeezing starts 2 seconds after opening the tap)
When the required mode has been established by entering the relevant code, press STOP and
switch off the machine at the power switch. The entered mode will remain permanently, even after
switching the machine off again.
2. Auto-programming: In 1001 Auto-programming mode, one of the two operating modes can be
selected each time the machine is switched on without the need to enter a code:
•
Manual Mode (controlled via the display): Switch on the machine with the tap previously set to
the open position using the cam. The machine will then automatically change to code 1002
Manual Mode (controlled via the display).
Warning: If the securing cam is removed at any time and the tap is closed, a filter tray warning
will be shown on the display with the text "CLOSED TAP".
