Power switch off.
Front cover not fitted properly.
Tray not fitted properly.
Bin / chute not fitted properly.
Hopper not fitted properly.
Overheated motor.
Fault in circuit board.
Blockage during operation.
-
Check that fruit peel or skin has not built up on the blade or in the
squeezing tray, or has stuck inside the cups.
-
Check that the fruit is not frozen.
-
Check that the balls are properly screwed on and tightened.
-
Check that the components being used are from the same squeezing kit
and they are suitable for the size of fruit.
-
Check the thickness of the fruit peel/skin to be squeezed. If it is very
thick (e.g. pomegranates) the washers under the cups should be
removed.
See possible causes of blockage in the previous point.
To unblock the machine you will need to use a 5 mm Allen key that you will
find under the machine. Switch the machine off, introduce the key in the hole
on the side of the body and turn it anti-clockwise until the cups raise to the
position at the start of the cycle so that you can remove the cause of the
blockage. WARNING: before switching on and running the machine again,
make sure you remove the Allen key from the screw and return it to its
housing.
When the machine is programmed with code 1002 Manual Mode, you must
make sure the tap is open and secured in this position with the lock.
Cup nuts not tightened properly.
Balls loose or not clipped in properly to the squeezing tray.
Balls not properly aligned with the blade grooves.
Check that the automatic filter system has been fitted properly, so that the
driving axle connects with the hexagonal actuator at the front.
Check that there are no large pieces of peel that could cause the scraper to
stop turning.
Check the thickness of the fruit peel/skin to be squeezed. If it is very thin
make sure the washers are fitted under the balls.
Check that the separator is adjusted to the size of the fruit to be squeezed,
and that the clearance for the fruit to fall is not too small.
Check that the separator is fitted properly and that the right squeezing kit is
being used (in the case of the S Kit, make sure the supplement to the inner
hopper and funnel has been fitted).
Check that the separator is adjusted to the size of the fruit to be squeezed,
and that the clearance for the fruit to fall is not too big.
Check that the outer hopper has been fitted properly.
