Fit the cups to the axles and tighten the securing nuts [Fig. 07].

Fit the balls to the the squeezing tray. Make sure the clip is completely secured to the
squeezing tray [Fig. 15].

Fit the squeezing block consisting of the squeezing tray with the balls and blade on their
respective axles in one piece [Fig. 14].

Fit the ADAPT tray:
a. Fit the push button springs on the supporting pivots and press the tap until it clips into the
housing (Fig. 13].
b. Fit this assembly to the filter tray so that it is fully slotted into the holes on the lower side
walls of the tray [Fig. 12].
3. Fit the axles of the automatic filter in the filter scraper and then assemble them in the filter [Fig.
10].
4. Fit the pulp wedges, they should be above the inside of the scraper and clipped to the vertical
wall of the filter. [Fig. 11].
5. Fit the complete automatic filter to the ADAPT tray or the SERVICE tank [Fig. 9].
6. Fit the ADAPT tray or SERVICE tank to the squeezing tray guides. [Fig. 8].
7. Screw the nuts onto the ADAPT tray axles until they are properly tight [Fig. 07].
8. Remove the blade guard [Fig. 06].
9. Fit the front cover [Fig. 05].
10. Fit the drip tray and grid [Fig. 04].
11. Fit the chutes or bins [Fig. 03].
Note:
-
Check that the cups and balls are the same colour and are from the same squeezing kit.
-
All the nuts are properly screwed on and tightened.
-
The balls are properly clipped into the squeezing tray and the ball slots are properly aligned with
the blade grooves.
-
The ADAPT tray is properly fitted to the squeezing tray guides and secured by the right nuts.
If the steps described above are not observed when assembling the blade, tray, balls, cups, side
covers and/or front cover, and these components are not properly fitted, this could cause damage to
the parts and/or the inside of the machine. Damage and other problems caused by incorrect
assembly by users are not covered under the guarantee.
Disassembly and cleaning of the feeder
Unscrew the separator nut [Fig 17].
Pull the separator out vertically [Fig 18].
Remove the inner basket from the vertical axle [Fig 19].
Pull the outer basket and hopper track out vertically [Fig 20].
Clean all the components with soap and water. They may also be cleaned in the dishwasher.
Clean the entire hopper ceiling/track with a damp cloth with neutral soap and water [Fig 21].
To assemble the feeder and hopper components, repeat the above process in reverse order.
Note:
The plastic parts of the juicer that are in contact with the fruit may become discoloured from the
pigmentation of the fruit after use. This is entirely normal and does not entail a hygiene or health
problem, nor does it affect the physical properties of the plastic.
