8.7.8. Performing Adaptive Light Control Tests
Many modern vehicles have adaptive light control. In these systems, the light distribution of the headlights is automatically
adjusted to different conditions. To test these light systems, observe the instructions from different manufacturers.
NOTICE
Perform the headlight test on the left and right headlight respectively.
To perform a headlight test on headlights with an adaptive light system, proceed as follows:
1. Perform the steps 1 to 6 as described in section Performing Quick Tests [} 133].

From software version 74 onwards, you can select the correct light distribution, e.g. for antiglare high beam,
with the manufacturer-specific name in the menu Adaptive light control.
