Troubleshooting

"Responsibilities" and perform only those steps in this section for
which you are responsible.
Symptom
Any of several error messages display.
Display is blank.

Display reads: "Low Battery"

Display reads: "No AC Power"

Chemical does not flow.

Phase times are not as desired.

Wrong amount of chemical dispensed.

Auxiliary output does not work, or works but
at the wrong time.

An output is not working.

When remote starter is actuated, its lamp
does not light and the cycle does not start.

Remote starter lamp flashes during or after a
cycle.

Temperature displayed is incorrect.

Carefully read and follow instructions and safety messages in this

necessary, refer to installation instructions to aid troubleshooting
and correction of problems.
Possible Cause
See Table 2.
1. No electricity.
2. Power switch is OFF.
3. Electronic failure.
4. Intensity is incorrectly set.

1. Check for 230V. Inspect circuit breakers.
2. Turn on switch.
3. Inspect fuses. Press RESET button.
Replace circuit boards.
4. Press S2 to adjust.

1. Allow 24 hours to recharge.
2. Inspect connections.

4. Replace fuse.

2. Restore electricity.
