First steps
The following sections provide precise instructions on the
reception, initial inspection, set-up, and operation of the
combined stimulation device. For safe and optimal use, we
recommend setting up and using the stimulator according to
the instructions.

Initial inspection of package

Risk of injury!
Medical electrical devices require special precaution-
ary measures with regard to EMC and must be in-
stalled and operated in accordance with the EMC in-
formation in the tables at the end of this user manual.
− Remove the device from the packaging and
check the contents for damage. If no damage
is ascertained, check to verify that the system
components are intact and that all components
are present in accordance with the user manu-
al. If the contents are damaged or incomplete,
inform the shipping carrier and your area
retailer.
