protection hood
The breathing protection hood con-
sists of the main components:

■ Hood shell
head straps, breathing air tube with
connector nipple

■ Visor
with facial seal, visor foil,
breathing air tube and regulator, fixed
in open/closed position

■ Hood cloth
cover, detachable, washable, fasten-
ing to breathing protection hood and
visor using Velcro straps
Hood shell and visor are connected
to each other by two bearing bolts
[1-3] that cannot be removed. The
bearing bolts have a receptacle for
the exchangeable CCS-disks [1-4]
for personalisation.

The air regulator serves as an in-
terface between the compressed
air supply system and the breathing
protection hood and consists of the

45° forward or backward.
