5.2.1 Key performance characteristics
Theelectricstraprewinderwasdesignedasanaccessorytothestandingframeforuserswith
verylittlearmstrength.Theelectricstraprewinderoffersmotorsupportforrewindingorunwind-
ingthestrapbytheuseroranattendant.
Thisaccessorycanbeoperatedwithahandcontrolswitch(Fig.6,item4)orwithasipand
puffcontrol(Fig.6,item5).Bypressingthemembranekeybuttononthehandswitchorslight
sippingorpuffingontheairhose,theelectricmotorwillrewindorunwindthestraps.
5.2.2 Retrofitting

TRICDEVICEaccordingtoEN60601-1-2-2007.Toexcludetheriskofinjurieswhenusingtheelectric
straprewinder,thefollowingmustbeobserved:

• Duringpreparationforuse,specialsafetyprecautionsapplyinregardstoelectromagneticcompat-
