4. Feed the tape to the rear tape roller looping it up and over the roller.
5. Press down on the back of the measuring wheel bracket while passing the tape through the
space between the feed wheel and the measuring wheel.
6. Feed the tape between the cutter blades.
7. Lift the pressure pad to feed the tape between the pressure pad plates and over the brush.
8. Replace the cover plate.
9. Plug the power cord into an appropriate power source, and turn the power switch ON.
10. Press any button to feed through a piece of tape.
To prepare the moistening system for initial start up:
1. Remove the brush from the brush tank.
2. Soak the brush in warm water for one minute.
3. Place the brush in the brush tank, making sure that the bristles lean away from the cutter blades
(see Figure 4).
