Replacing the Cutter

To replace the cutter, see Figure 12 and follow the steps below:
1. Turn the power switch to OFF and unplug the power cord.
2. Remove the water bottle and unhook the water level regulator.
3. Remove the brush tank, water regulator and hose a an assembly from the machine amd set
aside.
CAUTION: The water in the tank and the exposed heater tube are hot.
4. Loosen the screws on the keypad panel to reach the cutter assembly screws.
5. Remove the cutter by removing the two screws from the top of the stationary cutter blade as
shown in Figure 19.
Note: Do not attempt to change the tension on the pivot spring.
6. Attach the new cutter to the unit with two screws.
7. Tighten the keypad panel screws snug. Do not over tighten!
8. Replace the brush tank assembly and the water bottle.
9. Plug in the power cord and turn the power switch ON.
