Introduction
Problem: The Electra Tape Dispenser will not start.
Possible Cause:
1. Is the machine plugged in?
2. Is the switch turned to the ON position?
3. Is the motor running?
Problem: The ON/OFF switch is not illuminated.
Possible Cause:
1. Is the machine plugged in?
2. Is the switch turned to the ON position?
3. Is the switch faulty?
4. Is power cord tight on line filter?

Caution: Before performing any troubleshooting or repair procedures, be sure to disconnect
equipment from the power source, unless otherwise specified.

Solution:
1. Plug the machine into an appropriate power source.
2. Turn the power switch to ON.
3. Check that the 6 pin connector is properly connected to the
controller board. REPAIRS SHOULD ONLY BE
PERFOMED BY QUALIFIED SERVICE PEOPLE.
