REGOLAZIONE SPONDINE DI
CONTENIMENTO PIANTINE
A macchina ferma:
• A seconda delle misure del cubetto della piantina,
regolare la larghezza delle due sponde (A), tramite
i registri (B), in modo da garantire un fluido scor-
rimento del cubetto, lasciando circa 5÷10 mm di
aria.
• Regolare l'altezza del pressore (C) tramite il regi-
stro (D), a seconda dell'altezza del cubetto.
• Portarsi sulla linea di trapianto, abbassare il porta-
casse tramite i martinetti idraulici e caricare le cas-
sette delle piante.
• Attivare la presa di forza e attendere che l'impianto
aria sia in pressione. A questo punto la macchina è
accesa, le pinze risultano aperte ed il fermo iniziale
alzato.
• Impostare sul tastierino (E) la distanza a cui si vuo-
le piantare.
• Fare salire gli addetti al trapianto.
• Usando l'appostia paletta, prelevare le file di pianti-
ne (Fig. 1) e caricarle sul nastro trasportatore (Fig.
2), fino al riempimento dello stesso.

BEGINNING OF TRANSPLANTING
ADJUSTMENT OF PLANT
CONTAINMENT SIDE PANEL
With the machine stopped:
• Based on the measurements of the plant cube,
adjust the width of the two edges (A), through the
adjusting screws (B), in order to guarantee smooth
flowing of the cube, leaving about 5÷10 mm of air.
• Adjust the height of the pressure roller (C) through the
adjusting screw (D), based on the height of the cube.
• Move to the transplant row, lower the crate holder
using the hydraulic ram and load the seedling cra-
tes.
• Activate the power take-off and wait for the air sy-
stem to pressurised. At this point the machine is
turned on, the grippers are open and the initial bl-
cok is lifted.
• Set the planting distance on keyboard (E).
• Led the transplanting operators climb on the machine.
• Using the appropriate shovel, pick-up the rows of
plants (Fig. 1) and load them onto the transporting
belt (Fig. 2), until filling of the same.
