Fastening machine to floor
(fig.6a)
Should it be necessary to fasten the ma-
chine to the floor, proceed as follows:
- undo the three M8x60 hex head screws
fastening the machine to the pallet;
- remove the plastic washers between
the casing and the three L brackets: the-
se brackets will be used to fasten the ma-
chine to the floor;
- refit the brackets on the machine in the
original positions, without tightening the
screws;
- Move the machine into the desired po-
sition, ensuring that sufficient clear space
around the machine as indicated in fig.5a;
- Mark the positions for the holes on the
floor;
- drill holes in the positions marked and
insert Fischer M8 anchor bolts in the ho-
les;
- Secure the machine to the floor by fa-
stening the L brackets to the Fischer an-
chor bolts using the relative screws and
washers (fig.6);
- Tighten the three fastener screws to the
casing.
