FE Connect Mobile App
The FE Connect mobile app is an intuitive way to wirelessly configure and control your
SubMonitor Connect. It provides features such as:

Simple, application-based setup for quick and easy startup
•
Informational dashboard for visual monitoring of system performance
•
In-app troubleshooting with fault time and date logging
•
Email system logs directly to FE support
The FE Connect mobile app can be downloaded from either the Apple App Store™ or the
Google Play™ store.
Setup Bluetooth Connection
After installing the FE Connect app on your mobile device, use the following procedure to pair the app with
your SubMonitor Connect:
1.
Upon entry into the FE Connect app, you might see a quick Downloading Firmware message.
2. From the FE Connect Home display, tap Connect to a Product, and then tap + New Connection.
3. On the next display, tap either Scan QR Code or Type in key.
4. If using the scanning tool, center the QR code on the front of the SubMonitor Connect in the display.
5. If using the Bluetooth key, enter the key found in View Menus > View I/O Status > Bluetooth Key.
6. Tap inside the white box that says, "Name this connection" and a keyboard appears. Enter a name and
location to identify the connected device within the app.
The app establishes a connection to the device and goes to the Monitoring display. When you use the app at a
later time, all you have to do is choose the named connection for the device you want to observe.
