This unit should be operated in temperatures between 10 °C and 25 °C (50 °F and 77 °F), with a
Relative Humidity ranging from 20%-80%.

Do not expose the unit to direct sunlight, heat radiated from a heat radiator, excessive amounts of
dust, moisture, vibrations and mechanical shocks.

In the case of ingress of liquids, unplug the unit from the mains supply and have it checked by an
authorized person (see the paragraph on maintenance)

Before administering any treatment to a patient you should become acquainted with the operating

4 Intended Use

The Endopuls 811 is a state of the art innovative shockwave treatment device. The radial, ballistic
shockwave treatment is a procedure with a wide range of applications ranging from superficial
orthopaedic problems to myofascial trigger point treatment.
The device is designed to only be used by or under the supervision of persons using the medical device
in the course of their work and in the framework of a professional healthcare activity, who understand the
benefits and limitations of shockwave therapy.

5 Product description

What does Endopuls 811 do?
Creation of shockwaves using an ergonomic hand-piece and the transmittal of the shockwaves via
special applicators. The Endopuls 811has a maximum penetration depth of about 35 mm in human
tissue.
The technology:
An electromagnetic field is generated via a coil in the back of the hand-piece.
A projectile is accelerated as a result of the field; this strikes against the applicator at the front of the
hand-piece and generates shockwaves, which spread out radially in the tissue.
The advantage:
The innovative technology allows a compact design with no need for a compressor.
The clear and modern colour display shows all relevant parameters for treatment and the modern touch
operation ensures pleasure and motivation when providing treatment.
Individual programme start configuration and clear, simple menu navigation make operation of the device
