Transport mode
In order to move the patient on the bed, it is necessary to proceed with the
following operations:
1.
Press the inflate button to fully inflate the mattress. The indicator light near
the
symbol flashes for 5 minutes time of inflation.

After the inflation finished, press

Disconnect the device from the mains by removing the plug from the wall
socket.
Never pull on the power cord or you may damage it. A damaged power
cord is an electric shock hazard.
Make sure that the cord does not drag along the floor, do not run over
it when moving the bed frame and take care not to trip up over it. If
necessary, use the attachments provided with the device.
The device automatically switches to transport mode and remains
inflated, but the pressure is no longer regulated.
The mattress is independant and can support the patient for 2
hours when disconnected from the mains.
4.
Safely stow the power cord.
Make sure that the device does not remain disconnected from the mains for more than
2 hours when a patient is installed.
5.
Reconnect the device as soon as the destination is reached.
6.
Press the
operating mode.
The CPR function remains available in transport mode. It is manual.
Transferring the mattress
Proceed as follows to transfer the device from one bed to another:
Never leave the patient on the device.
Make sure that the bed frame brakes are applied to prevent any accidental
movements.

In this case no mains power fault alarm will be reported.
