Operating Instructions
Read these operating instructions carefully before starting
the system up for the first time. Pay particular attention to
the safety information. Keep these instructions in a safe
place for future use.
Caution!
KÄRCHER is not liable for damages at the plant, at
customers' cars to be washed or other damages that are
caused by ignoring the regulations of this operating
instruction manual.
For whom are these instructions intended
n All users
Users are persons who have received instruction on how
the system functions, operators and trained specialists.
n Trained specialists
Trained specialists are persons who are professionally
qualified to install and commission this type of system.
Packaging
The packaging is made from environment-friendly materials
such as wood and cardboard. Please take the packaging
components to a suitable collection point for recycling.
Mineral oil in the high-pressure pumps
Mineral oil is used to lubricate the inside of the high-
pressure pump. The waste oil resulting from an oil change,
any oil and water mixture that may occur, and rags that
have been soaked in oil should be delivered to a proper
collection point for disposal.

Important!
Waste oil should always be delivered to a properly
designated collection point for disposal. Polluting the
environment with waste oil is a criminal offence.
Detergents
Kärcher ASF detergents possess demulsifying properties.
This means that they do not have a detrimental effect on
the performance of an oil separator.
A list of recommended detergents is shown in Chapter G:
"Accessories".
