1. System installation

Important!
The system should only be installed by
n Kärcher Customer Service engineers,
n other persons authorised by Kärcher.

1.1. Preparing the installation site

In order that the system can be installed correctly, please
observe the following:
n an area of at least 1025 x 712 mm is required that has
a flat, horizontal surface,
n water connection, see Technical specifications,
n electrical connection, see Technical specifications,
n on-site, lockable emergency shutdown main switch
accessible to the customers,
n electricity and water supplies in accordance with
dimension sheet,
n the water supply line must be adequately insulated/
heated for winter operation,
n proper drainage system,
n drill mounting holes in accordance with dimension sheet.

1.2. Unpacking the system

Unpack the system, and arrange for the packaging
materials to be recycled.

1.3. Erecting and aligning the system

n Erect the system on a flat, horizontal surface.
n Secure it with the supplied mounting materials.
– 4 plugs M10 (a)
– 4 washers 10.5 (b)
– 4 hex head screws M10 (c)
– 4 base plates 5 mm (d)
– 4 base plates 2 mm (d).
Use the supplied base plates for aligning the plant
horizontally.

1.4. Attaching accessories

n Secure exhaust gas flues with supplied self-tapping
screws.
n Install angel plate in front of exhaust gas flues and
– provide angle plate with edge protective strip
– secure angle plate with self-tapping screws.
