Operating Instructions
n All wash tools are replaced in the storage receptacles
after use.
n The pistols with leckage bore that belong to the plant are
mounted.
n The hose conduction from the plant to the wash tools has
not been prolonged or exchanged with a longer hose.
n The above-mentioned temperature indications correspond
to the installation side of the plant. Temperature indications
in the weather report are not decisive.
n Fuel is available in the system.

6.1. Hot-air blower

The hot-air blower heats the interior of the plant to protect it from
sub-zero temperatures. Part of the warm air is conducted
through the heating pipe into the upper part of the plant.
Setting
– Output regulator (A) in position "II"
– Thermo regulator (B) in position "â"
in case of an external temperature below –10°C, thermo
regulator (B) in position "I"

Important!
The sub-zero temperature protection is only active with the
system in operation and the door closed. Therefore the
switch on the control panel must not be positioned in
B
0/STOP. The door must be closed. The system must remain
connected to the mains electricity supply.
Caution!
Fire hazard as a result of overheating of the hot-air blower.
The air intake and output apertures and the output aperture
of the heating pipe must not be covered over.
Damage as a result of freezing temperatures if there is
a power failure. If there is a power cut the sub-zero
temperature protection system will not operate.
6.2. Water circulation to counteract freezing
temperatures
!
Danger!
Danger due to formation of ice. When the sub-zero protection
mode is active, small amounts of water are continually
discharged from the handgun.
The discharged water can freeze and form patches of ice.
Therefore place the handguns in the brush receptacles after
use.
