Adjusting the Lock-Rite Foot Section Height
You can adjust the foot section up to 7 in. below the top of the perineal edge to accommodate different sized patients.
To adjust the height of the foot section, press the Foot Section Down button on the siderail (see
(Outside siderail) on page
1-34) or on the optional pendant (see
on page
1-39). Release the button when you achieve the desired height.

Attaching or removing the optional calf supports

CAUTION
The maximum safe working load for each calf support is 86 lb (39 kg).
1. Grasp the footrest and pull it up and around the foot section
2. Grasp and attempt to move the footrest to make sure that the footrest is locked in the upright position.
